Peer Review Policy

                                                                 Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers

Every reviewer here is encouraged to follow COPE guidelines. Following are the guidelines that peer reviewers need to follow:

Subject-Expertise: Only a subject-expert can evaluate the submission.

Confidentiality: No reviewer is allowed to reveal any information regarding the research or the researcher, either during or after the review periods.

No Personal Gain: Reviewers cannot use knowledge or information gained through the evaluation process for their personal benefit.

Conflict of Interest: In case there's a potential conflict, the researcher must declare it before moving to the next step.

Impartiality: Reviews should be unbiased. Factors like authors' nationality, religion, political beliefs, or gender shouldn't impact the reviews.

Constructive Feedback: Reviewers should provide constructive feedback using polite language and avoid using hostile language.

Reciprocity in Reviewing: Since peer review is a collaborative process, reviewers should share their reviewing responsibilities promptly.

Honesty in Representation: Reviewers are expected to share accurate personal and professional information that shows their qualifications.

No Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else during the process is considered a serious ethical breach.
